SCHOOL RECYCLING PROGRAM

SCHOOL RECYCLING PROGRAM

Remember Annunciata Family & School are still participating in a paper recycling program! We work with ABITIBI Consolidated Recycling Division. This is an easy way for us to raise money while also helping to save the environment. A large green and yellow bin are located next to the St. Vincent de Paul bins. We are asking that EVERYONE keep participating in this easy, ongoing fundraiser. Our profits are determined by the weight of the paper collected, the heavier the bins the more we make. We are asking everyone to drop off your paper items in the bins as often as possible. PAPER ONLY! You can drop off NEWSPAPERS, MAGAZINES, CATALOGS, JUNK MAIL, BOOKS (hard covers removed), SHREDDED PAPER (contained in any type of plastic or paper bag), COPY PAPER, COMPUTER PAPER, ENVELOPES, FOLDERS, ETC. It is okay if paper is stapled, clipped or binded. NO PLASTIC, GLASS, CARDBOARD, or TELEPHONE BOOKS, please! We are very thankful for everyone’s support and participation.

Daily Mass

We encourage all of you, young and old alike to attend daily Mass when you can.  It is your way of contributing to your own spiritual growth and that of the whole parish.  The Mass is the greatest prayer we have.  It is of infinite spiritual value!  Join us at 8:00 AM.

PLEASE REMEMBER YOUR PARISH

If a person dies without leaving a valid WILL, the property and money owned at the time of death will be distributed according to the State’s “intestate succession laws.” Their laws do not always reflect most people’s wishes.

Why not consider serving your parish as it has served you? When making your final arrangements, please remember The Church of Annunciata in your Will.

CHURCH SICK LIST

Please remember to notify the rectory office when you or a family member is admitted to the hospital — due to the new federal law the hospital cannot notify the church without your permission. We can than include the person’s name on our sick list and schedule a visit from a minister of care. Any homebound or elderly parishioners who would like to receive communion or Anointing of the Sick, please call the rectory and leave your name, address and phone number. Thank you for your cooperation.
