CHURCH SICK LIST

Please remember to notify the rectory office when you or a family member is admitted to the hospital — due to the new federal law the hospital cannot notify the church without your permission. We can than include the person’s name on our sick list and schedule a visit from a minister of care. Any homebound or elderly parishioners who would like to receive communion or Anointing of the Sick, please call the rectory and leave your name, address and phone number.
