If your child will be four years old by September 1, 2010, he/she is eligible for our Pre-Kindergarten Program.
If you child will be five years old by September 1, 2010, he/she is eligible for our Kindergarten Program.
If your child will be six years old by September 1, 2010, he/she is eligible for our First Grade.
For admission of a Pre-School, Kindergarten, First Grade or Transfer student, parent/guardian may call the school office for more information. When an appointment is established, please present the following:
An official copy of the child’s Birth Certificate
Baptismal Certificate
Social Security Card
Record of immunization in compliance with local and State of Illinois health requirements
Current dental and physical examination records
Copy of the last Report Card (if applicable)
Copy of the latest Standardized Testing results (if applicable)
